Encounter the clarity, wisdom and strength our ancestors have found throughout time by walking away from civilization to be immersed in wilderness. Our modern world has left many of us disconnected from nature, addicted to technology, and feeling confused about our life or our purpose. In the desert, without the distractions and distortions present in ordinary life, a wholeness awaits. Out in the wilderness, the depths of knowing, healing, and Being are truly vast. Are you longing for reconnection? Do you hear a calling to be with the mystery and medicine of wilderness?
On this campout you will:
- Hike and explore one of Oregon’s most stunning desert landscapes.
- Tap into your inherent wisdom through the art of the wilderness walk.
- Revel in the expanse of the universe by sleeping outside during the most impressive meteor shower of the year (Perseids), in one of the darkest places around.
- Come home to yourself through guided experiences of mindfulness, drumming, facilitated councils, and wilderness tea ceremony.

Annie Cattabriga-Alosa
Hello, Kindred Spirits!
I’m Annie, a self-initiated priestess of the Divine Feminine, professional psychic, artist, and mom of twin girls.
My numerous intuitive readings with people over the years have taught me that many of us have common desires - to find balance, fulfillment, and meaning in our lives.
After participating in a vision fast ceremony in 2021, it became clear to me that immersion in nature helps us tune into guidance from our souls. Experiencing belonging in wild places is a healing balm when we’ve forgotten our inherent connection. Often the direction we look outside ourselves to find can be accessed within us when we detach from the status quo and just “be.”
One of the big “aha moments” during my vision fast was the realization of a very simple, yet powerful, life purpose of mine. This is to be a JOY GUIDE by embodying unabashed joy, authenticity, and pleasure in the world. As a joy guide, I advocate for your inner child and help you remember and prioritize what brings you joy.
I also believe in the power of intentional ceremony, both solo and within a group, to create significant energy shifts for us. I’ve been leading retreats and ceremonies since 2019 to reclaim these rites that have been forgotten in our modern culture.
Ultimately, we each receive from these wilderness experiences what we are willing to put in. I’m here to help you trust the intelligence and sacredness of nature, both within yourself and in the wild.
